Nilam Resources, Inc. (OTC PINK: NILA, has recently made a move by agreeing to purchase the full, common stock of MindWave, a special-purpose company.
This company’s stock is worth 24,800 Bitcoins. The acquisition that is made available through an LOI in the digital assets space is substantially increased, with a figure of more than billions of dollars.
By placing the digital asset as collateral, MindWave is based in Mauritius and will raise capital through HYIPs (High Yield Investment Projects). The agreement, as structured, incorporates the issuance of a newly created Preferred Series of Class C Stock by Nilam Resources, Inc., in exchange for Bitcoin coins at a discount from the current market prices.
The CEO, Pranjali More, of Nilam Resources, Inc., stated, “We always want to be more transparent, innovative, and sustainable in the way people think about us.” After that, the agreement will be drafted, and approval for the issuance of Preferred Stock Class C will be considered, which will later be redeemable upon listing with NASDAQ or any other national exchange.
