The recent popular presidential candidate, Vivek Ramawsamy noted Grayscale’s victory over SEC, citing that the decision from the Court clears the path in keeping ‘Bitcoin and blockchain innovations in the US’ instead of moving them overseas.
On August 29, the asset management firm Grayscale won against the SEC as the US Court of Appeals for the Columbia District ruled that the SEC’s rejection of Grayscale’s Bitcoin ETF needs to be reviewed again.
While appreciating the move from the Court, Vivek emphasized that federal courts remain faithful towards defending against government agencies’ rogue and unlawful proceedings.
“The shadow government in D.C. is out of control & the federal courts are our *only* remaining line of defense against the unlawful rogue behaviors of 3-letter government agencies,” He said.
Furthermore, the Indo-American candidate says that this conflict should have never reached the Court in the first place.
