The creator of Bored Ape NFT Collection, Yuga Labs has acquired Roar Studios to expand the development efforts of its Otherside metaverse project.
The LA-based company, Roar Studios was founded by Eric Reid which works across the music, gaming and social media industry. Following the acquisition, Reid will join Yuga Labs team as the General Manager of Otherside to look after the development.
According to the announcement the Roar Studios team will help Yuga Labs with their innovative technology, specialized domain expertise and leadership in building the Othersize.
