The United States Representative, Maxine Waters, has been trolled among the crypto community as she called ‘Bitcom’ instead of Bitcoin during one speech, which is a severe mistake.
On Twitter, the crypto community shared the video of Waters, where she said, “Thank you very much their number of questions that I would like to ask, but since we started out on ‘Bitcom’ let’s go further into crypto.”
Maxine Waters was the chair of the House Financial Services Committee before Patrick McHenry. Additionally, Waters criticized the Republican-sponsored bill for approving stablecoins like PYUSD issued by state governments but forbidding the Federal Reserve from controlling them.
