A popular Turkish TV series with over 500 million viewers Magnificent Century has partnered with a virtual world platform called The Sandbox. This partnership was announced at a global launch event in Paris.
In the virtual world of The Sandbox, users will be able to get 3D avatars that represent the characters from the “Magnificent Century.” These avatars will be available for users to use by the end of 2023.
This partnership with The Sandbox is significant because it is the second time a major TV show has joined The Sandbox, with the first being “The Walking Dead” in 2021.

The chief operating officer and co-founder of The Sandbox, Sebastien Borget, expressed excitement about the partnership and said, “We’re excited to welcome such a globally acclaimed Turkish series as ‘Magnificent Century’ at The Sandbox and further strengthen our growing presence in this important region.”
The partnership opens up new possibilities for immersive entertainment experiences, looking forward to seeing the iconic characters come to life in 3D avatars.
