BTC Prague 2025 officially concluded, and it did not disappoint. Over the course of three days, the conference brought together more than 10,000 guests and became Europe’s biggest Bitcoin-centric event to date.
Big personalities, such as Michael Saylor, Adam Back, and Jack Mallers have graced the BTC Prague. They have offered insights into the future of Bitcoin and digital finance. The event had something for everyone in the Bitcoin community since there are more than 200 speakers and 100 companies, and open-source projects displaying their endeavors.
The vibrant expo oversaw intense discussions, innovations showcases, networking by various developers, innovators, educators and newcomers, all united by their passion for Bitcoin. One of the most prominent BTC Prague 2025 themes was self-custody and security.
Trezor, a hardware wallet company, had over 5,000 visitors interested in learning how to secure BTC at their booth. Many of them were already aware of hardware wallets, and even the new ones were eager to use backup protection tools like Trezor Keep Metal.
Further, Trezor’s CCO, Danny Sanders, noted that people were not only curious about wallet features but also asked smart questions about backups and preventing loss. He said, “Proactive protection is key, and we’re committed to helping users understand its value before mistakes happen.”
As the event concluded, the crowd’s enthusiasm was still palpable. BTC Prague is once again proving itself to be the place to go for Bitcoiners from all of Europe. Next up, Trezor and other industry players are preparing for ETHCC in Cannes, where they look forward to meeting new crowds and inspiring new partnerships.
While the conference was a resounding success, earlier this week the Czech Minister, Pavel Blazek resigned from his post due to a no confidence vote over the Bitcoin-related scandal.
