The online education platform for content creators Nas Academy has announced that the Academy will introduce token-gated Web3 courses! The move is a step towards giving back to the NFT space by offering free online courses.
Nas Academy is partnering with Invisible College, an e-learning platform focused on Web3 for this project. Nas Academy will thus allow holders of the Decentraliens NFTs which is a Solana-based project to take courses on Web3 and crypto.
One will have to hold at least one Decentralien NFT, to join Invisible College. Starting from September 1, Decentralien NFT owners will have token-gated access to an exclusive range of web3 courses and many other courses will be added in future through the partnership.
The perks of this NFT-based course is that students can then sell the Decentralian NFT after the completion of the course and earn a return on their tuition investment, or redeem the value of the course. The NFT can further be used again by another student keen on taking the course.
The course with fees ranging from $49 to $597, will be free for Decentralien NFT holders. Some of the titles of the courses are “How to Launch an NFT Project ” taught by influencer Zeneca and “Bored Ape Yacht Club, Explained” by a BAYC investor.
NAS tweeted, “We’re committed to driving adoption of web3 through access to education, and Invisible College has also committed to giving us access to their network of educators who are experts in this space”.
