Dogecoin And Shiba Inu Inspired Dog Kabos Is No More

Beloved dog Kabosu, known for being the face of Dogecoin and other meme tokens, peacefully passed away early Friday morning, as announced by his owner in a heartfelt blog post.

To honor his memory, a farewell gathering is scheduled for Sunday, May 26, at Flower Kaori in Kotsu no Mori, Naira City, from 1 pm to 4 pm. Despite his fame in the digital world, Kabosu’s owner expressed gratitude to all who cherished their beloved pet, emphasizing the deep bond shared between them.

Kabosu’s iconic image, which sparked the creation of Dogecoin in 2013, paved the way for the emergence of numerous dog-themed cryptocurrencies like Shiba Inu and Floki.

This unique niche within the crypto market has since grown into one of its largest sectors, thanks to the enduring legacy of Kabosu and his viral meme.
