Immutable, a leader in blockchain gaming, recently unveiled a new $50 million rewards initiative named “The Main Quest.” This program marks a step in expanding web3 gaming, offering substantial token rewards for players.
Immutable’s ecosystem currently includes over 270 game titles in development, featuring notable projects like “Illuvium” and “MetalCore.”
These games are part of the ten initial titles that will benefit from the first phase of the rewards program. Effective immediately, participants can earn rewards by exploring quests, engaging with games, and managing their collections within the Immutable platform. This program enhances the gaming experience by directly rewarding player engagement and investment.
Immutable’s latest move comes when web3 gaming is gaining increased attention and investment. Backed by major investors like Tencent, Coinbase, and Galaxy Interactive, Immutable is positioning itself at the forefront of this emerging field.
Robbie Ferguson, co-founder and president of Immutable, emphasised the program’s role in demonstrating the tangible benefits of digital ownership to players.
