The leading crypto exchange in India, CoinDCX’s users faced inconvenience while trading crypto on the platform due to “temporary downtime” on September 5, 2023.
During the downtime, users faced many issues while executing futures trade. Trades were not functioning properly even after the price was matched.
CoinDCX released an official statement on this matter, assuring crypto traders to resolve the issue immediately. It stated that the downtime “posed unexpected challenges to your overall trading experience. We assure you that our teams are working hard to ensure that we take the necessary steps that are right for you.”
Furthermore, CoinDCX is working on a “detailed resolution plan” for users affected by the downtime. The team would personally reach out to these users.
