Wau Holland Stiftung Foundation, a non-profit organization for “Moral Courage – Julian Assange” receives all the proceeds generated from the “Clock” NFT sale.
The fund will now be used “for the defense of Julian Assange” and free him from prison.
AssangeDAO has acquired Clock NFT after placing the highest bid for 16,593 ETH, which was far larger than other bidders.
On Feb 11, Pak disclosed that the “transaction will happen publicly, Wau Holland will confirm the wallet address so no mistakes are made.” Following this commitment, Pak and Wau-Holland-Stiftung shared every detail regarding transactions on Twitter.
The transaction was executed into two different settlements. The first test transaction was for 1 ETH to confirm the receiver’s address, which was confirmed by Wau-Holland-Stiftung on Twitter.
The remaining donations of 16,592 ETH were transferred through a second settlement after getting confirmation from the non-profit organization.
The organization has thanked all donors and Pak to raise support for Julian Assange. It has also praised Pak for his generosity.
