Lagrange ($LA) Surges 170% Amid Airdrop & Exchange Listings

Lagrange’s native token, $LA, jumped 170% in the last 24 hours to reach $1.43 on Thursday. Its market value rose to nearly $277 million, while trading activity exploded, with volume soaring over 66870% to $422.79 million.

The sudden surge is being linked to growing investor interest after the launch of Lagrange’s airdrop and a series of major exchange listings. The token is now available on Coinbase, Gate.io, KuCoin, Bithumb, Bitget, and Bybit. Binance Alpha is expected to add support soon.

Airdrop and staking drive momentum

Lagrange’s airdrop went live recently and can be claimed across six chains: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Solana, and Base. The move has brought more attention to the token and increased user activity across networks.

Token delegation has also opened on EigenLayer. Holders can now stake or delegate $LA to provers on Lagrange’s decentralized ZK Prover Network, which aims to improve the security and uptime of rollup chains.

What is the Lagrange building?

Lagrange is focused on zero-knowledge infrastructure. It runs a decentralized ZK Prover Network used by rollup chains to generate proofs. The network is already in use by platforms like ZKsync, Polygon, Linea, AltLayer, and Caldera. Operators include Coinbase Cloud, Kraken, and OKX.

Lagrange’s second product is a ZK Coprocessor, which lets smart contracts confirm complex calculations using past on-chain data. That means protocols can handle tasks like distributing liquidity rewards, applying trading discounts, and calculating funding rates without being held back by gas fees.

The company expects to cross an eight-figure revenue run rate over the next year as adoption grows.

With staking now active, the airdrop gaining attention, and more exchanges adding support, $LA is likely to remain on traders’ watchlists. Whether the momentum continues will depend on the real adoption of Lagrange’s core infrastructure in the coming months.
