Internet Says enough is enough after man kills himself for memecoins

In a horrifying set of events, a 23-year-old man streamed his death, fatally shooting himself while showing his $500 loss in a meme coin, on social media platform X. The extremely disturbing footage shows the man’s last moments as he live streams to viewers, speaking at length about his mental health problems along with personal crisis.

The victim, identified by the name ‘MistaaFuccYou’ twitter handle, took the extreme step during the live stream on X (formerly Twitter), stating right before his death that people should create a meme coin honoring his memory. The Crypto Times will not publish any graphic details about the victim’s death.

After the victim’s livestream ended, the news went viral on social media and in another set of horrifying events, certain users ended up creating memecoins in his name. Netizens quickly took to social media to demonstrate their anger toward those who abused a person’s tragic demise instead of respecting the effect of his death on personal gain.

The Crypto Times has decided not to publish links of the memecoins generated in the name of the victim. For those in need of help, assistance is always available online and through emergency local numbers.

Of late, memecoin projects have taken a darker turn, often traversing beyond legal and ethical boundaries as the crypto community is now demanding a self-regulatory framework system to deter such unfortunate incidents in future.
