The blockchain network, Celestia is set to launch its mainnet tomorrow, introducing its native token TIA for trading on various exchanges.

KuCoin and Bybit will begin trading TIA against USDT at 10 a.m. EST, while Binance plans to list TIA and start trading around 12 p.m. EST.

The project is also giving away 60 million TIA tokens to active users on Ethereum Layer 2s, stakers on Cosmos Hub and Osmosis, and crypto developers. The snapshot for this airdrop was taken on January 1, 2023.

At the mainnet launch, a total of 1 billion tokens will be minted, with the airdrop accounting for 6% of this supply. Celestia’s GitHub repository confirms the mainnet launch date as October 31.
