Tokenized stocks have grown to $3.8 billion in value in 2026 as more companies enter the market and trading activity increases across blockchain networks.
In a report published on October 16, DWF Labs reported that the market grew 483%, from $654 million in the week of January 5 to $3.8 billion in the week of October 5. During the same period, weekly trading volume on decentralized exchanges rose 55 times, showing that more of these digital assets are changing hands.

Binance and Robinhood challenge Ondo’s lead
The growth comes as Binance, Robinhood, and other companies expand their tokenized stock products.
According to the report, Ondo Finance remains the largest issuer, but its share of the market has fallen as competitors attract more money. The figures show a shift in market share among issuers and wider distribution of tokenized equities across blockchain networks.
Ondo Finance held about $1 billion in tokenized equities in the week of October 5, according to DWF Labs. However, its market share dropped from 56% at the start of the year to 26% in October as more issuers entered the market.
Binance’s bStocks reaches $905 million
Binance has emerged as a major competitor with bStocks, which launched in June 2026.
DWF Labs reported that the product grew to $905 million in value, capturing 24% of the market. Robinhood also entered the sector in July, with its tokenized equities growing from $20 million to $170 million.
Other issuers also recorded strong growth. xStocks reportedly increased from $187 million to $954 million, giving it 25% of the market. Securitize reached $290 million, representing 8% of the total.
Ethereum loses ground as BNB Chain grows
Competition among issuers is also reshaping the distribution of tokenized equities across blockchain networks. DWF reported that Ethereum held 50% of the tokenized equity market at the beginning of the year, but its share fell to 22% by October.
BNB Chain grew from 9% to 32%, helped by Binance’s launch of bStocks. Avalanche, which had no market share at the start of the year, reached 9% after Securitize launched tokenized shares on the network in July.
Trading volume has increased faster than the market’s capitalization. Weekly spot trading volume on decentralized exchanges rose from $45.8 million in early January to $2.54 billion in early October. It reached $7.26 billion in the week of August 31, with Robinhood Chain accounting for $5.36 billion. The value of tokenized equities deployed in decentralized finance also increased from $15.5 million on January 1 to $313 million on October 15.
Token Terminal puts market value at $4 billion
However, separate data from Token Terminal shows that tokenized stocks reached a market capitalization of $4 billion on October 16, marking a reported increase of 92,511%.
The data covered 18 blockchain networks and showed that BNB Chain, Ethereum, and Solana held a combined 75.5% of the market. BNB Chain ranked first with $1.5 billion, representing 36.5% of the total. Ethereum followed with $84.2 million, or 20.9%, while Solana held $732.2 million, accounting for 18.1%.

Avalanche ranked fourth with $29.1 million. X Layer held $260.2 million, representing 6.4%, while Arbitrum One recorded $196.2 million, or 4.4%. Robinhood Chain accounted for $148.1 million, followed by Base at $48.3 million. Ink held $22.1 million, while Stellar recorded $17.1 million. Other networks together accounted for $16.6 million.
Despite the rapid growth, tokenized stocks remain a small part of traditional financial markets. DWF Labs estimates that the $3.8 billion market represents just 0.005% of the $75 trillion US equity market.
