DeFi analytics platform DefiLlama apologizes for the recent events caused due to “poor communication and a misunderstanding within the team.” DefiLlma clarified that currently there is no LLAMA token planned, and any airdrop will be discussed with the community.
Yesterday, DefiLlama underwent a fork amid an internal dispute between team members 0xngmi and 0xLlam4. 0xngmi and other contributors were against 0xLLam4 who was reportedly aiming to launch a token native to the platform. The situation has since then been resolved.
0xngmi later tweeted: “For everybody who is asking: everything has been solved and all work will continue on defillama.com, llama.fi will just be redirected there.”
The DefiLlama community can finally take a breath of relief as the dust from the fiasco settles.
