The Japanese contemporary art icon, Takashi Murakami reveals his much anticipated ‘Murakami Flowers’ NFT drop details.
RTFKT Studios announced on Twitter that all Murakami Drip Clones owners will be included on the whitelist for the Murakami Flowers Drop.
The tweet thread read: “Each Clone DNA will have access to exclusive items and wearables in the upcoming Clone Forging event”
Takashi Murakami, the creator of the popular 20,000 NFT ‘Avatar Project’ CLONE X series with RTFKT Studios, had announced the upcoming release of his personal NFT project dubbed Murakami Flowers earlier.
And now, Holders of Murakami Drip Clones are whitelisted for the Murakami Flowers Drop. The NFT collection includes 11,664 Flowers. For the whitelisting, a snapshot will be taken on 8th March, 10 am Japan time.
After this announcement, the ‘CLONE X – X TAKASHI MURAKAMI’ is topping the OpenSea NFT rankings in the last 24 hours across all categories.
On its official website, the flower-based NFT project revealed more information for its future holders. There are plans for the contemporary art community and the metaverse and also to create online and digital games too.
