Noah, a provider of stablecoin payments infrastructure, has closed its seed funding round at $38 million. The total includes an additional $16 million raised from existing and new investors. The round was supported by Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital, and a group of individual investors.
According to the official announcement, the company reported revenue growth of 538 percent year-to-date in 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. Recurring monthly growth stood at 31 percent. During 2026, Noah signed more than 150 new customers, including enterprises that have shifted to stablecoin-based transfers.
Use of proceeds
The capital will support expansion of Noah’s international money transfer services. Specific allocations include broadening the company’s regulatory footprint, hiring engineering and compliance staff, and strengthening links with local payment rails in its highest-volume markets. Noah also plans to open an office in New York to advance its U.S. operations.
The announcement notes that Noah operates in more than 150 markets and supports over 60 currencies. It offers services directly to enterprises and individuals as well as through partnerships with consumer platforms, fintech companies, neobanks, and workforce platforms that serve businesses, contractors, and individual users. The platform routes cross-border payments via stablecoins, settling funds outside traditional multi-step correspondent banking chains.
Market context for cross-border payments
As per the data mentioned in the announcement, cross-border payments totaled $208 trillion in 2025 and generated an estimated $625 billion in annual revenue for banks and intermediaries. Small and medium-sized business payments accounted for 7 percent of that volume but 31 percent of the revenue, amounting to $194 billion in fees, foreign-exchange spreads, and operational costs for those businesses.
B2B stablecoin payments have reached an annualized value of $226 billion, an increase of 733 percent year-over-year. Stablecoins currently represent less than 1 percent of the $34.8 trillion in annual cross-border B2B payments.
