The Crypto Content Creator Campus (CCCC) 2025 concluded its three-day conference in Lisbon last week. The event drew creators, executives, and industry figures for a program centered on influence, monetization, and the shifting role of content creators in the crypto ecosystem.
Held from November 14 to 16 at the Carlos Lopes Pavilion in Lisbon, Portugal, the gathering explored how AI, compliance, and cultural shifts are reshaping the Web3 creator landscape.
A look at the new dynamics of influence
Day 1 opened with discussions on AI-driven monetization, the changing creator economy, and how crypto platforms are shaping new models for affiliate growth. Ben Zhou, Bybit Co-Founder and CEO, delivered the headline keynote, outlining how affiliate programs have evolved alongside crypto’s move toward regulatory oversight. He noted that attention, value, and conversion remain core to creator performance even as AI reshapes workflows.
A panel on “Smart Monetization with AI,” featuring Sergej Loiter, Nick Tran, and Tom Schmidt, examined how automated tools are influencing earning structures across platforms. Speakers said AI is unlikely to replace creators but can lower production costs and boost scale. They urged product-driven content, long-term planning, and treating platforms as one ecosystem.

Nuseir Yassin (Nas Daily) closed the day with a session on credibility and audience behavior. He described the current phase of social-media monetization as one that requires high-output content and localised storytelling.
Day 2: Panels, judging sessions, and long-term brand strategy
Day 2 featured a live judging panel where Nas Daily, Nick Tran, Nick Puckrin, and Musa Tariq put rising creators under scrutiny, grading their storytelling and business viability. The session underscored CCCC’s focus on disciplined, platform-wide creator development, minus the hype.

A fireside chat with Dr. Maye Musk explored long-term brand monetization. Musk highlighted authenticity as the foundation of any durable public presence.
She later joined Musa Tariq and Philippe Ben Mohamed for a panel on sustaining revenue in the evolving creator landscape. Tariq encouraged creators to approach their work as entrepreneurs, while Mohamed stressed year-round ecosystem planning to counter industry saturation.
Speakers also pointed to rising concerns around cryptojacking schemes, noting the need for clearer standards and greater accountability across the creator economy. A recent $3.5 million cryptojacking case and YouTube’s updated policy clarify that crypto and NFT educational content will remain permissible, both highlighting the tightening compliance landscape shaping how creators operate.
Closing day and outlook for 2026
CCCC 2025 concluded with a reception and awards ceremony recognizing creators across categories such as innovation, education, and community impact.
Organizers said the next edition, planned for 2026, will continue developing frameworks for responsible monetization and cross-platform growth as crypto-native content undergoes regulatory and technological shifts.
