Crypto.com Sponsors Times Square Boxing Event with The Ring Magazine

Crypto.com is teaming up with The Ring Magazine to sponsor a one-of-a-kind boxing event, Fatal Fury Times Square, set for May 2, 2025 at 5:50p.m ET. The event will feature three major fights, including a headline matchup between Ryan Garcia and Rolly Romero.

It will take place in the middle of Times Square, New York City, turning the iconic location into a full-scale boxing arena for the first time ever. For further context, the Ring Magazine, known as “The Bible of Boxing,” is hosting the event. The magazine has covered boxing since 1922 and is widely recognized for its rankings and deep history in the sport.

This event is a historic milestone for both boxing and the city. This is the first time a professional fight card is held in the heart of Times Square. With bright lights, big names, and a global audience, the stage is set for a night to remember.

Crypto.com will be featured throughout the venue and the broadcast. Commercial content promoting the brand will be shown during the DAZN Pay-Per-View stream, giving the company exposure to boxing fans worldwide.

According to the President and COO of Crypto.com, “The connection between the powers of crypto and sport are strong, We are honoured to be partnering with The Ring Magazine and very excited to be supporting Fatal Fury in Times Square in what will be a truly historic event on a global scale.”

Nour Ahmadein, COO of The Ring Magazine, also talked about the event. “We are pleased to have a global brand like Crypto.com support us ahead of Friday’s huge boxing event in Times Square,” he said. “Crypto.com has demonstrated a commitment to supporting some of the biggest sports and entertainment events in the world.”
