The AI-focused blockchain network, Grass has reached its final stage of airdrop with it announcing the last date for confirming wallet. If you have been farming points on Grass since past few weeks, make sure you have connected a legit Solana wallet.
In a post shared on X, the Grass team said that users won’t be able to change their linked wallet after August 23. The post urged users to check the points dashboard and make sure they have preferred wallet linked.
On 15th August, the Grass team posted an article and announced that they have closed Epoch 7, which marks overcoming a significant step towards the closing of Closed Beta testing. The team will now further focus on development and decentralizing the control of the Grass network.
Grass Airdrop Launch Date
The article posted on X revealed that the snapshot is being taken which will determine eligibility for all participants. To be eligible, users were needed to join the Grass network and complete initial tasks to earn points. These points then were to be converted into Grass token when the token generation event (TGE) takes place.Â
While the date is not confirmed, several users are expecting that Grass Airdrop and TGE could potentially happen at the end of August or in early September.
Grass Token
Grass is a blockchain project developed by Wynd Network. It aims to become a key Oracle for decentralized AI by offering data sets through Web Scraping. On March 13th, Grass announced a significant shift in its development strategy by becoming the first Layer 2 Data Rollup. This new direction sparked considerable interest within the crypto community with Whales Market – a leading OTC trading platform – beginning to trade Grass Point.
Grass Points are the units upon which the upcoming GRASS token – the native currency for Grass project – will be airdropped to eligible users. As soon as the Epoch 7 ended and the team shared snapshot details, Grass points were trading at premium prices of over 30% on Whale Markets.
On the TGE, all these Grass points will be converted to GRASS tokens. To claim potential airdrop, its recommended to connect any Solana wallet – as the token will be launched on Solana – and confirm email.
