Singapore Red Cross Begins To Accept Crypto Donations

A Homegrown humanitarian organization, the Singapore Red Cross partners with Triple-A to include cryptocurrency as a newly-accepted form for donation.

On the Singapore Red Cross website, there will be an option for anonymous donation in crypto, supported by Triple-A, the first crypto gateway licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

The organization will accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and USD Coin donations. These donations are from the supporters made with the help of Triple-A’s white-label crypto payment solutions.

Within one business day, funds will be converted into flat currency and settled through bank transfer, and could be used to support the organization’s humanitarian initiatives. This process is simple because all crypto wallets are supported via Triple-A.

To show his support for the cryptocurrency user, Mr Benjamin William, Secretary General and CEO of Singapore Red Cross enthused, “Cryptocurrency donations have become increasingly popular due to the efficiency of processing them and their global accessibility.”

This new step in accepting digital currencies will be a new door for the tech-savvy and

wish to make a difference through their digital assets, William explained.
