Global apparel giant Adidas has partnered with renowned digital artist Fewocious on an exciting physical sneaker collaboration.
The collaboration will introduce a limited edition of 4,500 NFT mint passes named “Trefoil Flower,” which will be available for purchase exclusively on the OpenSea marketplace from June 22.
The NFT mint pass grants holders exclusive access to redeem a pair of individually crafted Adidas Originals Campus 00s sneakers. By choosing to burn the NFT in August, holders will permanently destroy it and receive their physical sneakers, with shipping set to begin the following month.
Each pair of sneakers will feature an NFC tag, allowing verification through scanning and linking to a companion NFT. The release of the Trefoil Flower NFT will involve a three-tier pre-sale and a subsequent public mint.
Adidas Alts Decos and Soles NFT holders, along with Fewocious Paint Drops owners, will enjoy early access to minting at a discounted price. Other Adidas Alts, Fewocious NFTs, and select NFTs from various collections will have the opportunity to mint later at a slightly higher price. The public sale will follow shortly after.
Fewocious, an acclaimed artist, has made significant waves in the Web3 space, amassing over $50 million in lifetime sales and collaborating with renowned entities like RTFKT (a Nike-owned brand) and esteemed auction houses Christie’s and Sotheby’s.
