The developers of DeFi protocol Curve Finance uploaded the code of its upcoming stablecoin (Curve’s Dollar) onto GitHub.
Currently, details about Curve Dollar (crvUSD) are sparse, however the new code shows several smart contract functions for the new overcollateralized stablecoin.
Curve Finance’s founder announced the platform’s upcoming overcollateralized stablecoin, back in July, while also hinting at the possible launch of the stablecoin in September in a recent interview.
