Spacex To Accept Dogecoin For Merch Too Hints Elon Musk

The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk has hinted that SpaceX might soon start accepting the cryptocurrency Dogecoin as a payment for merchandise.

Elon Musk hinted this via a tweet. Musk has been adamantly supporting Dogecoin since 2019 and he has shown open support on multiple occasions.

Just four months ago the manufacturer of electric vehicles, Tesla started accepting Dogecoin for merchandise purchases.

It seems that Musk has plans to add the payment option for his space exploration company, SpaceX as well. Tesla has been accepting memecoin payments across its multibillion-dollar enterprises.

In the past, Musk’s pro-DOGE tweets have proven to give an instant and positive effect on DOGE’s market prices, as investors tend to cash in on the newly garnered attention.

Anyhow, the recent information about SpaceX’s plan to accept DOGE payments for merch did not have a significant effect on the price amidst the bearish crypto market.

Last year, Spacex started accepting Dogecoin as payment to launch Doge-1 Lunar Mission.
