The renowned entrepreneur and top NFT influencer Gary Vee launches VeeFriends Series 2 NFT collection.

- VeeFriends Series 2 NFTs public mint sale will begin on April 25th.
VeeFriends Series 2 comprising 55,555 NFTs will have a mint price of 0.335 ETH plus the gas fees. Series 2 features 251 characters, including 236 from Series 1 and 15 new characters introduced to the VeeFriends universe for the first time.
The remaining six NFTs are Spectaculars 1/1 comprising Bubble Gum, Diamond, Hologram, Gold, Lava, and a new addition is set to be unveiled soon.
Gary’s original hand-drawn characters from the first series are reimagined to the next level as 3D characters with new backdrops and stances, and each NFT character has a distinct backstory.
Minting Period
- Friends List: 32,000 Supply, April 18th
- Series 1 Free Claim: 10,255 Supply, April 18th
- Public Mint: 10,000 Supply, April 25th
- 15 New Characters: 3,300 Supply, April 27th
VeeFriends drew the wallet addresses and their accompanying mint allocation for the VeeFriends Series 2 Friends List on April 5th, 2022 at 1 PM EDT.
During the Friends List timeframe on April 18th, 32,000 BOOK GAMES tokens, roughly 28% excluding Gary-owned tokens were randomly selected to enable their respective wallet addresses access guaranteed mints for Series 2.
The minting began on April 18th and will end at 12:01 AM EDT on April 25th. After the Friends List time, if there are any unminted NFTs, it will be transferred over to the general public mint supply.
People owning Series 1 VeeFriends NFT can get a Series 2 NFT of their current character for free. Exclusive access to a special character pose titled “Evolving” will be given to Series 1 holders. Poses will be a significant attribute in the Series 2 collection.
The changing pose may not be the rarest, but it will undoubtedly be the most sought-after. Only VeeFriends Series 1 holders will be able to claim the Series 2 characters in their Evolving positions.
Series 1 Spectacular tokens will receive the same character they already own, but in their distinctive Series 2 Spectacular form, rather than in an evolving pose. Spectacular is no longer only a backdrop property for Series 2 characters, the entire character has grown into the Spectacular type.
This means that all Series 2 Spectaculars Bubble Gum, Diamond, Hologram, Gold, and Lava will be owned by Series 1 Spectacular holders with the exception of the 15 new characters and the Surprise new 6th type and none will be available in the public mint.
A total supply of 10,000 NFTs will be available at the public mint. There will be an auction for the new Spectacular of 236 characters offered for bidding on OpenSea as a part of the public mint. This is the only way to receive one of the VeeFriends Series 1 characters in Series 2’s new unknown 6th NFT.
Once a Series 2 NFT is minted, you can sell it on the secondary market if you choose, but no character artwork will be shown until the public minting period is over.
Through Series 2, 15 new characters will be introduced to VeeFriends. As previously stated, all Series 2 characters excluding Gift Goat have 214 randomly 1/1 produced poses and backdrops, plus 6 one-of-a-kind Spectaculars.
Following the Friends List mint, one of the 15 non-spectacular tokens for each of the 15 new characters will be released every day for 15 days, with an extra 16th Spectacular day combining all 6 Spectacular types of the 15 new characters.
Holders who meet the BOOK GAMES token requirements for each new character will be allowed to enter a 24-hour raffle for that character. That raffle will close after 24 hours, and 214 participants will be chosen at random to burn their BOOK GAMES tokens for that character.
The most recent token ID input determines raffle eligibility, and the picked wallet address is then eligible for burning. Your existing entry will be rejected if you sell any of the tokens used in the raffle entry before the 24-hour raffle period ends and they are used by someone else.

If your wallet was chosen, you will have until May 31st, 2022 to burn the needed BOOK GAMES tokens. After that, you’ll get a randomly produced Series 2 new character with a unique combination of pose and background.
If your entry isn’t chosen, your tokens will stay in your wallet rather than being burned. On the 16th day, all 6 Spectacular varieties of the 15 new characters will be merged in a raffle for “Spectacular Day”.
