The September 8 announcement follows a post by Cole on September 7. In that earlier update, Cole shared a dashboard showing Strive’s bitcoin treasury at 23,156 BTC with a reported value of approximately $1.85 billion, as seen in the August 28 transaction on the website. The September 7 post carried the message “Wall-breaking season at Strive” but did not announce a new bitcoin purchase or provide details of a specific transaction.

Cole’s September 8 post identified $SATA as the source of 70 percent of the capital raised the prior week. The same post recorded $SATA’s notional outstanding at $999 million.

The dashboard presented on the firm’s website displayed four primary metrics: total BTC held at 24,531 BTC since BSE, current USD value of $1.93 billion from 31 transactions, average cost of $91,467 per BTC, and 4,364 BTC acquired over the trailing 30 days. Toggle options for 30-day, 90-day, and one-year periods were visible on the acquisition metric.

All figures cited in the announcement derive from the dashboard and transaction table included in Cole’s September 8 X post. The post did not provide additional information on the counterparties, settlement method, or specific wallets involved in the 1,375 BTC purchase.
