Crypto.com Launches Tokenized Stocks With 247 Access to NVDA, TSLA & AAPL

Crypto.com has launched tokenized stocks, giving eligible users price exposure to U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) through its app, with access starting at $1.

As per the official press release, Crypto.com said that eligible users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and other approved jurisdictions can gain exposure to stocks including Nvidia (NVDA), Tesla (TSLA), and Apple (AAPL), as well as ETFs such as SPDR Gold Shares (GLD) and iShares Silver Trust (SLV).

Crypto.com’s launch marks a significant milestone in the growing tokenized assets market, which has reached $2.49 billion, with major players like Bitget and Bybit already offering similar products

The offering initially covers about 1,500 underlying stocks and funds, and gives users access to fractional positions without requiring them to purchase a full share.

24/7 trading and fractional access

Crypto.com stated that its tokenized stocks can be traded around the clock, subject to platform availability and market conditions. Users can also buy fractional exposure, allowing them to start with $1. In addition, Crypto.com said the products also offer fast settlement and access to its liquidity and trade execution infrastructure.

For a limited introductory period, eligible users will receive zero-commission trading on the tokenized stocks, although foreign-exchange charges or spreads may apply.

Crypto.com’s expansion into tokenized stocks follows its acquisition of a MiFID licence in 2025, allowing the company to offer eligible users in the EEA a wider range of financial products, including securities and derivatives. The licence came after Crypto.com secured its MiCA licence earlier that year.

“We’re advancing our multi-asset ecosystem by giving our users a flexible way to invest with instant access to U.S. equity and ETF exposure,” said Kris Marszalek, co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com.

No direct stock ownership

The products are derivatives issued by Foris Capital CY Limited that reference the price of the underlying stocks or ETFs. In practical terms, they provide synthetic exposure to the referenced assets. If Apple shares rise, for example, the corresponding tokenized product is designed to track that price movement. However, holding the product does not make the investor an Apple shareholder.

Users do not acquire legal or beneficial ownership of the underlying assets and do not receive associated shareholder or voting rights. They may, however, be eligible for dividend-equivalent adjustments where applicable, depending on the terms of the relevant product.

The underlying assets supporting the tokenized stocks are held in custody with Alpaca, a U.S.-regulated self-clearing broker-dealer. Crypto.com said Alpaca provides infrastructure supporting more than 90% of the tokenized U.S. stocks and ETF market.

Tokenized equities gain ground

Tokenized stocks are growing quickly as crypto platforms and financial firms bring traditional assets onchain. The market has reached about $2.49 billion, up around 600% in a year, according to data from RWA.xyz as of August 12 09:00 UTC.

Further, as per reporting on June 1, 2026, Citigroup shared that it expects the tokenized real-world asset market to grow from about $17 billion today to $5.5 trillion by 2030. Its report estimates the market could reach $2.7 trillion in a slower-growth scenario or as much as $8.2 trillion if institutional and regulatory adoption moves faster.

Several major crypto platforms have also entered the tokenized equity market. Bitget launched more than 100 tokenized stocks and ETFs through its partnership with Ondo Finance in September last year, allowing users outside the U.S. to trade the assets 24/7. Bybit also partnered with xStocks to launch tokenized versions of major U.S. stocks in June last year, including Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, Coinbase, and Amazon.

The broader financial market is also testing infrastructure for tokenized securities. The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), announced in May 2026 that it began testing tokenized securities infrastructure.

Crypto.com’s launch adds another major trading platform to that trend, giving eligible users access to tokenized U.S. equities and ETFs through a crypto-native platform.
