Ripple, a leading enterprise blockchain has announced a new partnership with Clear Junction, a global cross-border payment solutions provider, to initiate quicker payouts for their British and European customers. The Ripple payments are to be secured in GBP, EUR, and more currencies are planned for later this year.

As an FCA-authorised e-money institution in the UK, Clear Junction offers its partners the assurance that their funds are secure and protected by necessary payment industry and data security safeguards. The company is now ISO 27001 certified, the world’s most recognized standard for business data security.

Currently, Ripple has partnerships with over 200 customers in more than 55 countries and across six continents, with payout in over 80+ markets encompassing over 90% of the global foreign exchange market. The company’s recent advertisement featuring $XRP for cross-border payments predicts that the cross-border payments market is expected to reach $300 trillion in payments by 2030.
Ripple Labs Partners with Evmos for XRP-Ledger EVM Sidechain
According to a recent report Ripple Labs partnered with Evmos, the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-based protocol from Cosmos, to create an XRP-ledger EVM sidechain. The sidechain is built using evmOS, a flexible and modular tech stack developed by Evmos, prioritizing native Web3 enterprise applications and their EVM compatibility.
The collaboration with Evmos and Peersyst, a cryptocurrency software firm, will allow the XRPL to access more than 90 interconnected chains through the modularity and interchain connection of the Evmos platform.
