Wall Street Meme Discord Got Hacked

On October 12, Wall Street Memes announced it had undergone a coordinated attack that targeted its Discord community for over 24 hours. WSM informed its community following the attack that it was unable to ensure the security of its Discord server.

A team at WSM is working very hard to guarantee that the Discord server is 100% safe for its community. In the tweet, WSM alerted their community to the fact that no one from their team would message a community member directly or request any personal information, even if it came from an admin or certified account.

In the official statement of WSM, it was recommended only to use the official Wall Street Memes Telegram channel, through which they will give updates.

WSM apologized to the community members who had been affected by the attack. WSM is gathering all wallets and accounts associated with the attack during the past 24 hours to compile a list of those who were impacted.

After they have gathered all the pertinent information regarding the attack, they will establish a fund to make up for the unfortunate people in the community who were impacted.

Despite the attack, WSM has been working hard for the launch of its first product and securing further Tier 1 exchange listings, which will launch on October 18. However, more information will become available as the launch date approaches.
