On today’s episode of How messed up Is messed up, Twitter is going bonkers on the speculations suggesting Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon’s body inspection yielded an unexpected result. The authorities supposedly found a Trezor stick, which is a hardware wallet inside Do Kwon’s body.
The rumor was posted by a Twitter user, and the official Trezor account replied to it. Despite claims from some users that the news came from Reuters, we did not find any link to support these claims after scouring the website top to bottom.
Recently, S. Korea indicated that Do Kwon retained a law firm before Terra collapsed. Kwon was arrested in March in Montenegro and has been charged with fraud by US prosecutors.
It is evident that Do Kwon was trying to discreetly make his getaway, with a hardware wallet stored inside his body to avoid detection. We still have no information if the wallet had any funds in it. But one can only assume that if he was running away, he did have funds with him.
