Indian Cricketers Has Now Joined The Rario With Digital Collectibles

In Brief:

  • Rario has signed up Smriti Mandhana and Zaheer Khan.

Rario is the world’s first legally licenced cricket-based digital collectibles platform. On 18th August 2021, Smriti Mandhana and Zaheer Khan, two Indian cricketers, entered digital collectibles by joining with Rario.

Rario is changing the way fans interact with the game and its players by allowing them to “own” a historical event. Various ways by which they did were in the form of audio, image, or video, using cutting-edge blockchain technology.

There are 4 different sorts of player NFTs:

  • Silver Card— The most frequent, with a print run of no more than 50,000.
  • Gold Card — These are high-end cards with a print run of no more than 2,500.
  • Black Card — These are extremely uncommon cards with a print run of no more than 200.
  • Unique Card — These are one-of-a-kind cards with only one print run.

Rario will be able to provide loyal fans of Mandhana and Khan the opportunity to own player NFTs. Players’ NFTs are an undiluted and lasting representation of a fan’s unwavering commitment to a player, regardless of the moment.

Cricket fans and new-age investors alike will be able to buy, collect, and exchange these. Each collectible has a unique ID number that verifies its genuineness and rarity.

For Player Card holders, Rario has prepared fascinating player interactions, with the highest tiers gaining the chance for direct interaction. Soon, they will release further more information.

“The future is digital,” Smriti Mandhana said of the organisation. “I’m excited to contribute to the development of this new era of fan engagement,” he added.

“I am ecstatic to be a part of revolutionising the cricket fans around the world,” said Zaheer Khan.

Rario’s Founder and CEO, Ankit Wadhwa, says, “We are excited to work with some of the biggest Indian cricketers.”

Earlier, Rario, announced on 13th August that it has partnered with Polygon and its brand new branch Polygon Studios. This would help leverage the NFT knowledge to develop fan engagement and grab the interest of 2.5 billion cricket enthusiasts.

About Rario:
