Bitcoin ETF inflows hit three-month high
The $517.19 million inflow marked the largest single-day total for U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs since May 4 and extended the funds’ inflow streak to three trading days.
The latest inflows followed roughly $390 million in net outflows during the previous trading week, when Fidelity’s FBTC and Grayscale’s GBTC were among the funds recording withdrawals.

According to data from SosoValue, BlackRock’s IBIT led the Bitcoin ETF comeback, bringing in $284.74 million on August 19. That is more than half of the total money that entered the funds. ARK Invest and 21Shares’ ARKB followed with $77.71 million, while Fidelity’s FBTC recorded $62.41 million.
Bitwise’s BITB received $35.60 million, Grayscale’s GBTC added $21.18 million, and Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust brought in $19.66 million. Franklin Templeton’s EZBC recorded $5.92 million, while Morgan Stanley’s MSBT added about $10 million.
Bitcoin rallies toward $72K
Bitcoin (BTC) itself was not left out. The asset during the first few hours of the trading session was still trading below $65K. Hours later, the token saw a spike to the upside, breaking above $65k in a just 4-hour candle move, and ended the day around $68K, according to the data from CoinMarketCap.
At the time of writing, Bitcoin was trading for $71,611, representing a 9.29% increase from the previous day. Trading activity also spiked up by 260% to around $69.82 billion, pushing the market cap to $1.43 trillion in value.

Ethereum ETFs record biggest inflow since October
Ethereum ETFs recorded $189.15 million in net inflows on August 19, their largest single-day inflow since October 28, 2025.
Data from SosoValue shows that BlackRock’s ETHA led with $122.12 million, followed by Fidelity’s FETH with $36.54 million. Grayscale’s Ethereum Mini Trust added another $16.04 mill

This inflow is notable because the funds had a difficult start to the year. They lost $540.88 million in May and another $528.99 million in June.
In short, August has been much stronger so far, with Ethereum ETFs bringing in $534.2 million so far this month. Their combined net assets also climbed to $12.06 billion, the highest level since May 21.
This comes as Ethereum prices also climbed. The asset followed a similar price action to Bitcoin. The token spiked up from a low around $1,916 and $1,912, representing an 18% surge within nearly 48 hours, according to CoinMarketCap.
The latest ETF figures show a strong return of capital to Bitcoin and Ethereum products after recent outflows. Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs alone attracted more than $700 million on August 19, while smaller crypto funds also recorded fresh inflows.
The coming trading sessions will show whether the strong ETF demand continues after the sharp market rally.
