Bybit Georgia Partners with Setanta Sports for $80K Campaign

Bybit Georgia, a cryptocurrency exchange licensed by the National Bank of Georgia, participated in DGFI 2025, the country’s main digital finance conference. The event drew more than 5,000 attendees, including industry professionals, media representatives, and technology stakeholders.

Bybit Georgia, which started operations on July 7, 2025, made its first significant public appearance at the conference. The company hosted a booth that received visitors, including retail users, potential partners, and members of the media.

Mazurka Zeng, Head of Fiat and Payment at Bybit, took part in a panel discussion on digital finance, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, along with representatives from Mastercard, Tether, and the National Bank of Georgia.

“We are delighted to be part of DeGameFi 2025, marking our first conference appearance in Tbilisi since launching Bybit Georgia in July. Through the event, we were able to deepen our connections, strengthen strategic partnerships, and reinforce our presence within Georgia’s dynamic crypto ecosystem,” Zeng said.

Partnership with Setanta Sports

Bybit Georgia has joined with Setanta Sports, a local sports broadcaster. Setanta Sports shows international sporting events and gets over 2.5 million visits to its website each month. As part of the partnership, the two organizations have launched a campaign with an 80,000 USDT prize pool to reach a wider audience in Georgia.

Local initiatives

Since starting operations, Bybit Georgia has introduced several programs:

  • Mobile Platform: The Bybit app, which includes a one-click buy feature, was launched in early October to make it easier for people in Georgia to access cryptocurrency services.
  • Education: Working with Pixel Academy, Bybit Georgia launched the “Crypto Lion” program, a course focused on blockchain and Web3 technologies for students and young professionals.
  • Industry Engagement: Bybit Georgia took part in DGFI 2025, which allowed the company to meet and engage with local financial institutions, technology firms, and blockchain developers.

Bybit Georgia is licensed by the National Bank of Georgia and operates according to the country’s rules for digital asset trading. The exchange is one of the few in Georgia with a full local license, making sure it meets all legal requirements for cryptocurrency activities.
