The leading payment network, Visa is actively hiring senior software engineers for its ambitious crypto product roadmap. It will help the company to boost mainstream adoption of public blockchains and stablecoin payments, as revealed by Cuy Sheffield, the head of a crypto division of Visa.
In the job description, the company stated that “We are hiring for experienced Software Engineers who are proficient programmers, have experience in building highly available & scalable backend systems and are passionate about the Web3 stack of technologies.”
Cuy Sheffield disclosed that one must have good experience in hand of using GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted engineering tools to write and debug smart contracts.
Visa is overwhelmingly embracing the crypto space by rolling out various crypto-related products one after another. Recently, the crypto giant ‘Gate Group’ announced the launch of the Gate Visa debit card in Europe in partnership with Visa.
