Ethereum Cofounder, Vitalik Buterin affirms that the much-awaited ETH merge will probably happen on September 15th 2022.

The terminal total difficulty has been set to 58750000000000000000000.

In his tweet, Vitalik stated that bordel.wtf predicts the ETH merge will take place by September 15, though the exact date depends on the hash rate.

As the terminal difficulty has been set to 58750000000000000000000, the Ethereum POW network now has a fixed number of hashes left to mine.
