Wylie Aronow has affirmed that he won’t be rejoining Yuga Labs, the NFT company he helped establish, even though he’s improving health-wise.
Aronow, also known as Gordon Goner, mentioned that there are days when he’s fully prepared to take on significant challenges, but there are also days when he feels so unwell that he thinks he might need immediate medical attention.
“My point is, while I’m making steady progress with my health, there’s still some pretty wild swings, and this is a marathon for me. I’m not ready to come back to even part-time work,” he added.
Aronow, one of the founders of Yuga Labs, decided to take a break in late January due to being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. At that time, Wylie clarified that rumors about Yuga Labs using neo-Nazi and racist imagery were untrue and labeled them as “lies.”
Even though Aronow stepped back, he announced that he would still be involved as a board member and strategic adviser at Yuga Labs. During his absence, he mentioned that he had the opportunity to oversee the operations of Yuga Labs.
the creative force behind NFT projects like Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and CryptoPunks. He also mentioned providing input and suggesting changes to improve things as needed.
