The latest report by Blockchain analytics firm Peckshield reveals that Indian crypto exchange CoinDCX’s Twitter account allegedly got compromised. Apparently, the CoinDCX Twitter account has been used by the exploiter to share links to a fraudulent $XRP giveaway.
The crypto exchange still hasn’t responded to the claims. Ironically, just two weeks back, scammers hacked PwC Venezuela’s Twitter account to promote a $XRP giveaway. The tweet had apparently promoted “a big event” with Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse and currently, similar retweets can be seen in CoinDCX’s profile too.
