As UAE gears for World Summit 2022, Investopia summit remains one of the highlights of the event. And now, the enthusiasm seems to be even more so as the Investopia summit will be held in Metaverse!
As per reports, the media representatives can also be a part of the event using augmented and virtual reality.
The World Government Summit 2022 will be held on March 29-30 at Expo 2020 Dubai and it will be the largest gathering yet for more than 30 international organizations.
The host of the event and UAE’s Minister of Economy, Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, said, “It is great to see Investopia Summit in the Metaverse, and to host the first economic press conference through this virtual world. Investopia’s vision is about the future economies, so launching the Summit in the Metaverse comes in line with this context, which enriches Investopia’s discussions about the technological developments in the world and their impact on economies and investments.”
Crypto market and metaverse would be one of the subjects expected to be covered in the summit. Infact, Global Metaverse Forum and Global Crypto Forum will be amongst the six new forums for the summit.
Speaking of the summit, Al Marri, commented “Investopia Summit will also shed light on the quick developments in the world regarding the cryptocurrency market, which encouraged banks to invest in the next generation of financial technology.”
Al Marri further added that the ‘metaverse and its influence’ on the way forward for ventures is another topic that shall be mentioned during the summit.
The summit will also conduct workshops embodying different subjects on environmental sustainability and governance and improving girls’ participation in the growth of the financial domain.
