Ripple’s Rlusd Grabs Spotlight With Alchemy Pay Partnership

Alchemy Pay, a global leader in crypto-fiat payment solutions, has announced a new partnership with Ripple. This partnership aims to offer on-ramp support for RLUSD, a new USD-backed stablecoin introduced by Ripple. It will make it easier for users in over 173 countries to purchase RLUSD using local fiat currencies through Alchemy Pay’s global payment network.

As per the announcement, Alchemy Pay’s integration of RLUSD opens the door for users around the world to buy the stablecoin using familiar payment options like Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and regional mobile wallets. With over 300 local payment channels, Alchemy Pay lowers the entry barrier for individuals and institutions looking to explore stablecoin.

RLUSD is a stablecoin backed 1:1 by the US dollar. It’s issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, which is owned by Ripple. The stablecoin is built for trust, transparency, and regulatory compliance. RLUSD is fully backed by real cash reserves and is designed mainly for business use, especially for cross-border payments and digital financial systems where safety and liquidity are important.

Ripple is a well-known name in the blockchain world, recognized for offering crypto solutions that follow regulations and work in the real world. RLUSD supports Ripple’s goal of bringing trusted digital dollars to businesses, developers, and banks, connecting traditional finance with blockchain technology.

The collaboration also contributes to Alchemy Pay’s strong growth in 2025. Alchemy Pay gained 3 million users and processed 8 million transactions which is three times more than the last year. Alchemy Pay is poised to enable more people to use and access RLUSD worldwide as it has licenses in key countries like the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, South Korea, and Australia.
