Controversial internet celebrity Andrew Tate wants to contest for UK polls.

A guy born from a mother’s womb, who has lived his whole life as a racist, misogynist person and has been accused of rape, human trafficking and violent assault, is now planning to contest for U.K.’s Prime Ministerial post, to, “save British girls” from predators. Does that sound ludicrous to you?

Well, 2025 has just begun.

Meet Andrew Tate, a self styled, controversial social media influencer, who has had a long history of violence against women, whether it be physical or verbal.

Touted as an internet incel icon, Tate has been banned from various social media platforms including ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) for promoting hateful content, especially targeted against women. In late 2022, authorities in Romania arrested Tate and his brother for allegedly running an organized crime group involved in trafficking of women.

Cut to 2025, Tate, buoyed by support from his “incel brethren”, is now planning to contest U.K. polls and has also formed his “BRUV” (Britain.Restoring.Underlying.Values) party along with a manifesto that speaks about restoring Great Britain, deporting immigrants and saving girls from predators. Tate is also active in crypto world, has his own $DADDY Token, and even in the UK election manifesto, he promises to introduce a new “tax code” for cryptocurrency sector, “that can be understood in under 20 minutes.”

Andrew Tate BRUV Party

Seems like Andrew Tate has everything sorted, except for one glitch: not everyone is as stupid as he thinks or forgetful of his criminal endeavors.

Andrew Tate: A history of violence and internet toxicity

Andrew Tate is a British-American, who was born in Washington D.C, on 1 December 1986 to Emorny Tate Jr, an International chess master and sergeant of the US Air Force, and his English wife Elieen a Catering Assistant. Andrew’s parents met in the UK and shifted to America post their marriage.

Andrew spent half of his childhood in Chicago, Illinois until his parents parted their ways in 1997, he then shifted to a council estate in Luton, Bedfordshire, with his mother and younger brother. Tate, a self proclaimed misogynist, has described his mother as “ My hero” but says they were “broke as a joke“ during his childhood.

Tate started his career as a professional boxer but his moment of fame came in 2016, when he was invited to the reality show Big Brother as a contestant. Tate was eventually kicked out of the show after a video went viral of him assaulting a woman with a belt.

In fact, the internet is littered with videos of Tate claiming both physical and sexual assault on several women. In total, Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are facing three criminal investigations related to rape, human trafficking, assault and running an organized crime syndicate.

Did you know Andrew Tate branded his victims with tattoos that said "Tate Property" & "Tate Owned."

Grooming Gang Controversy in UK, Elon Musk and Entry of Tate

In U.K., England and Wales in particular have been at the center of a political storm of late, with several politicians and influential figures including X CEO Elon Musk demanding an investigation into allegations of mass sexual exploitation of underage British girls by “grooming gangs” of immigrants from Pakistan.

From well known child abuse scandals of Rotherham and Rochdale to recent cases of child abuse, it doesn’t take a genius to realize that this is an systematic abuse of children, that has long been ignored by the authorities in the U.K.

However, for Tate, this is an opportunity for him to rebrand himself as a savior “white knight” (pun intended) of British girls, as according to him, this is an apparent failure of the British government to save them from the grooming gangs. Tate blames the Keir Starmer led government for being “too politically correct” and accuses the U.K police of failing to save the girls, leading to the point of a full blown national crisis, requiring his “intervention.”

Tate’s political aspirations have been promoted by Elon Musk’s encouragement— particularly, one phrase—“He’s not wrong.”

He’s not wrong

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) January 7, 2025

In fact, Musk acquiring X in 2022 changed Tate’s fortunes as not only the ban was lifted, he also received global recognition after his several incendiary posts on social media went viral. Musk has been pro-actively posting updates in support of the victim girls in Britain and him endorsing Andrew Tate on X, is on the same lines.

Conclusion: Girls don’t need to be protected by Tate, They need protection from him

Sexual abuse and violence against women and girls is a systemic problem prevalent since centuries, due to patriarchy, gender inequality and the manner in which society treats men as compared to women. From India to Iran to Indonesia, women have taken to the streets to demand justice for the horrific crimes committed against them. What has entailed in U.K. against little girls, is terrible and the perpetrators must face harshest punishment.

But this doesn’t give anyone, especially a misogynist like Tate, a free pass to join the gravy train, to project themselves as saviour of women, for their own personal and political ambitions. Little British girls need not be protected by you, they need to train and prepare to fight men like you, Andrew.
