Binance, the biggest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, has revealed that it will do its first airdrop in 2024, giving away a total of $80,000 to the users who interact with the Binance Web3 wallet.
The 34th launchpool project from Binance, the MAV airdrop, has a specified deadline of January 16, 2024, 00:00 UTC, to January 29, 2024, 23:59 UTC. Binance has provided guidelines on how to win this airdrop.
To be qualified for an equal portion of the applicable prize pools, fulfill some tasks using the Binance Web3 Wallet during the event period.
Concerning on-chain swaps, a user can obtain MAV tokens valued at $30,000 by concluding a deal worth at least $10 between USDT, USDC, Ethereum (ETH), and BNB on the Maverick Protocol.
A user can obtain MAV tokens worth $50,000 by providing at least 10 USDC equivalent liquidity to the USDC-USDT Elevated Position 11 through liquidity transactions.
On the activity page, users have to click on the “Verify task status” button to see if the task has been finished successfully. The maximum amount of rewards that can be given to each eligible participant is $30 MAV for on-chain swap transactions and $50 MAV for liquidity supply transactions.
The prizes will be distributed by Binance using the MAV/USDT spot trading pair’s closing price on January 1, 2024, at 23:59 UTC (i.e., 0.4089). The announcement also noted, “The total prize pool for this Activity is inclusive of all network and gas fees that may be incurred during the distribution of rewards.”
