Millennium Management Invests $2 Billion In Bitcoin Etfs

In an announcement on Tuesday, Susquehanna International Group, a major investment group with $481 billion under its management, has embarked on purchasing Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs). As stated in a 13F filing with the U.S. SEC, Susquehanna invested more than $1 billion in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC)  and $1.3 billion total across ten spot Bitcoin ETFs.

This is the largest Bitcoin ETF portfolio currently held by a single company, which shows the increasing institutional attention dedicated to Bitcoin.

Susquehanna bought shares in ten spot Bitcoin ETFs, including offerings from Fidelity, Ark 21Shares, Franklin Templeton, Bitwise, and VanEck. WisdomTree, Invesco Galaxy, and Valkyrie were among the holdings too.
These reports do not include purchases made after March 31, but Susquehanna’s decision to invest in Bitcoin shows that large institutional investors want to participate in cryptocurrency. Moreover, spot Bitcoin ETFs’ continuing inflows confirms bullish sentiments on Bitcoin.
