Germany-based confectionery company Haribo Holding registered NFT-related trademark applications at the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) on April 25th, 2023.
According to the filing, Haribo plans to launch downloadable audio and video recordings and other types of multimedia files relating to confectionary, digital avatars, and cartoons, to name a few, authenticated by NFTs.
Haribo also aims to debut smart glasses, virtual reality glasses, augmented reality glasses, jewelry, toys, video game consoles, video game machines, and other accessories and apparel.
