According to court documents, the first day hearing in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of cryptocurrency lender Genesis Global Capital will occur on January 23 at 2:00 PM.
Yesterday, Genesis Global Holdco (GGH), Genesis Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd, and Genesis Global Capital filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
