Late to the game, but there nevertheless, are the world-renowned actress and producer Gal Gadot and her husband Jaron Varsano, to the latest funding round of the Cardano DEX AdaSwap, which raised a total of $2.6 million.

“This is an exciting investment opportunity for us in the crypto space,” Gal Gadot and Jaron Varsano added in a joint statement.

The star couple was joined by several other investment firms and angel investors, such as iAngels, Shima Capital, Pluto Digital, Stardust, Finova, Banter Capital, and Coti in raising this substantial funding.

AdaSwap is the first Cardano DEX and has been in the works for more than a year now, having been through seeding rounds, Stablecoin partnerships and more. Following the latest funding round, the platform looks forward to creating a native Cardano DEX that will allow users to swap Cardano tokens seamlessly.

Leading with the curation of a one of a kind NFT marketplace, which sells curated collections from artists, the team also intends to create a platform that provides decentralized financial capabilities such as staking and fixed, long-term and high-yield liquidity pools.
