What is WhiteRock?

WhiteRock is a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization protocol that was announced and launched in December 2024. It allows to tokenize traditional financial assets like stocks, bonds, and real estate, to provide global access to various investment opportunities.

WhiteRock comprises some of the tokenized stocks, like stocks of big corporations like Apple, Tesla, MicroStrategy, Coinbase, and Nvidia. These stocks are now accessible as crypto-tradable assets. WhiteRock is an independent on-chain brokerage platform that is focused on the tokenization of traditional financial assets and has established partnerships with several custodians and that includes BlackRock and others like StoneX and First Citizen Bank.

Future of WhiteRock

The future of WhiteRock is embedded in five strategic phases.

  • Phase 1:  The company introduced functional trading infrastructure and WHITE token alongside the USDX token and it is currently active and operational.
  • Phase 2: WhiteRock plans to launch a DeFi lending platform that will allow its users to utilize tokenized assets for borrowing, backed by institutional-grade risk management.
  • Phase 3: It aims to expand the reach of USDX which will cover DeFi platforms, major decentralized exchanges (DEX), and many others, enabling cross-chain functionality and incorporating advanced yield optimization strategies.
  • Phase 4: WhiteRock will develop WhiteX which will be a high-speed order book decentralized exchange (DEX), facilitating permissionless market creation for financial assets.
  • Phase 5:  The company envisions a universal tokenization platform that will include real estate, intellectual property rights, and commodities, embodying the principle that any valuable asset can be tokenized and traded globally.
