Bitcoin price has hit the daily high of $98,600 today with it rising 4.36% from the weekly low of $94,500, marked on 12 February. Ahead of the weekend, Bitcoin price is expected to recapture its price levels above $100,000, given that it is steadily increasing since the past couple of days.
While Bitcoin and other altcoins continue trading with decent gains, several memecoins have spiked with significant traction. DOGE, WIF and PNUT have surged over 6%, 13% and 15% respectively.
One of the exceptional rallies is currently in XRP price, which has surged 10% in the past 24 hours and 17% over the past week.
Donald Trump’s official TRUMP memecoin is one of the biggest daily gainers today with its price pumping over 40% and breaking above $20 for the first time since initial hype. It is currently trading near $21, up 24% in the past 24 hours.
According to Coinmarketcap data, the global crypto market cap today sits at $3..24 trillion with a 24 hour total trading volume of $106 billion.
